Introduction Attribute means quality, perfect entrepreneurship is an inbuilt quality. Personal attributes are related to a person's social,  technical and practical skills. These are innate which need to be honed.    About the team       We were very happy to be chosen for the school enterprise team of our school participating at the Gold level. We have our seniors who are veterans in this entrepreneurial race,  a few are second timers and we who are the youngest of all. Together we blend to make the best combination.  Each person in the team is open minded and eager to learn. We value each other's personal attributes as they are. We do not behave as different graders but always as one team. We share best practices amongst us be it production,  marketing, sales, finance or operations. What you say may not always be important, but how you say is always important!  Techniques used to make our business profitable. Our business team used various techniques to ensure that our school business is profitable.  Winters play a vital role in our business. Keeping in mind the climate we had selected to make Popcorn and other regional snacks. This was encouraged by students and teachers as everyday we had long queue for buying our popcorn during recess.  Along with this we also worked on the concept of  "Reduce Recycle Reuse". We collected old and unused Jeans from students, staff and parents . We then used these to make hand bags, which were again bought by our students to perform a dance number in our school annual day.  Entrepreneurship is a skill, though needs hard core dedication!
