Personal Attributes

Introduction

Attribute means quality, perfect entrepreneurship is an inbuilt quality. Personal attributes are related to a person's social,  technical and practical skills. These are innate which need to be honed.
  
About the team

      We were very happy to be chosen for the school enterprise team of our school participating at the Gold level. We have our seniors who are veterans in this entrepreneurial race,  a few are second timers and we who are the youngest of all.
Together we blend to make the best combination.  Each person in the team is open minded and eager to learn. We value each other's personal attributes as they are. We do not behave as different graders but always as one team. We share best practices amongst us be it production,  marketing, sales, finance or operations.

For being a wonderful entrepreneur we need to polish our personal attributes and school enterprise Challenge is the best platform for this. A successful entrepreneur must have a vision for his company and business. He/she must consider the factors such as social responsibility, fair trading,  being resourceful, team player and acceptance (be it a person,profit or loss).   Hence we can vouch for the fact that personal attributes play a major role in learning the life skills.

Anecdotes

Navleen (grade VII)- I am a keen learner, happy to be in the school enterprise team.

Vanshika (grade VI)- I love to maintain records of production, in and out. It makes me feel so important in the team.

Shivam (grade VII)- This is becoming my passion.  I see sales as an art.
Definitely I want to be a successful entrepreneur when I grow up.

Yashwant (grade VI)- Being involved in the manufacturing team is a responsible task.

Karan (grade VI)- shaping my futuristic skill.  When I grow up I definitely will assist my father in his business.

  Taniya (grade VI)- This team gives me motivation to go ahead with my set of skills.

Riya (grade X)- I like to share my experience of school enterprise Challenge last year with rest of the team.

Samya (grade VI) - convincing others has become easier for me now.

Jiya (grade X) - we got wonderful moments to cherish for the life in this team.

   We as a school and responsible global citizens are working to do our bit in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals given by the United Nations. They are 17 in number, however SDG no 4 is the mother of all the goals - QUALITY EDUCATION.

We consider these factors while selecting the products to be made every year for school enterprise Challenge.

    With Education personal attributes can be enhanced. Now a days education is not limited to the four walls of a class room. It's a complete and overall development of every child.

Personal attributes are not limited, the list is never ending.  It's all about being a learner and making your place in the race.
